What exactly do you do?

First we look, then we build, then we run it. The Business Check-Up measures your business across five dimensions and finds your biggest growth opportunity. We then build whatever the plan calls for — website, Google visibility, WhatsApp, CRM, ERP, automation. After that we operate and measure the system, and open up the next opportunity each quarter.

How long does the Check-Up take, and what do you need from me?

1–2 weeks. Under an hour of your time in total: a 10-minute form and a 30–45 minute conversation. We do the rest. At the end you receive a written report.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes — that is exactly who we are built for. Businesses where the system lives in the owner's head, held together by Excel and WhatsApp. If you already have an IT department, you probably do not need us, and we will say so.

Do you guarantee results?

No — and be careful with anyone who does. What we commit to is this: we measure what we do and report it regularly. You see what is working and what is not. The decision always stays with you.

Do I have to continue after the Check-Up?

No. The report is yours, and it states which steps are ours and which your own team can handle. You are free to act on it alone. If you do continue and start a build within 30 days, the full Check-Up fee is deducted.

Could we do this ourselves?

Some of it you can do today — we mark those steps in the report. We step in where your time or your team runs out. The goal is not to make you dependent on us, but to leave you with a system that works.

What technology do you use?

It depends on the business. Off-the-shelf platforms (e-commerce, CRM tools), custom development where it is warranted, and the automations that connect them. Aksoy Kapı's order–stock–installation–collections system was custom built; for another business a ready-made tool may be the better answer. We pick the need, not the tool.

How big is your team?

We are small, and we treat that as an advantage: the person you talk to is the person doing the work. The build side is based in İzmir; our founding partner handles meetings across the Gulf region.
